You also get two 1.5kg dumbbells neatly stored under the incline situp bench so you can either work your abdominals or arms.
Aside from these, the home gym also has a leg curl attachment, removable preacher curl pad, and pec deck station as well as pushup and pull down bars. Complete your at-home full-body workout on the dip station, which is fitted with elbow pads for comfortable static holds or knee raises.
Rounding off the list of this multi station gym's great features is its padded backrest and seat, both of which provide ample support during tough reps.
