SmithFit M1 is the ultimate machine for home gym and light commercial use. It is the combination of Cable Crossover Station, Chin-Up Station, Smith Machine and Squat Rack with a huge variety of workout stations targeting upper and lower body exercises. This all-in-one machine is designed with an ultra smooth linear bearing Smith system, heavy duty frame, pulleys and cables as well as 140kg pin loaded weights, and enables flexibility to train multiple groups of muscles on the full body. The rack has been engineered using ultra-heavy-duty steel to provide supreme stability as well as exceptional strength durability, particularly when used with loaded barbells. Perfect for a range of different exercises。
