Rowing is one of the best ways to up your fitness, boost your cardiovascular system and tone muscle. No need to worry if you do not have access to a rowing boat because this Water Rower recreates the experience from the comfort of your own home. Using a traditional water tank, it creates a brilliant simulation of rowing, engaging your lower and upper body muscles with every stroke. There is also a therapeutic element to rowing, with counting the strokes and fluidly rowing back and forth, this can soothe the mind and release endorphins.

At Randy & Travis Machinery, we find the best products to deliver elite exercise to your home or commercial gym space. This machine has transportation wheels to move it around your space and can be easily folded to save room in your home gym.

The machine has 6 levels of resistance. Find the right one for your current level of fitness and increase it as you strengthen and tone to continue boosting your fitness. The machine is made from high-quality wood to provide a sturdy base while you workout and the rowing seat is contoured to ensure maximum comfort.

The Water Rower has a built-in phone holder, allowing you to watch the screen while you workout or to play your favourite gym playlist. The computer on the machine can connect to apps on your phone, such as FITLOG and KINOMAP. These will track your progress and help you meet your fitness goals.

It has a load capacity of 200kg and the machine weighs 45kg in total. When folded, it measures 1150mm x 830mm x 565 mm. When in use and unfolded, it measures 215cm x 55cm x 56cm. The LCD display helps you to monitor the calories you burn in a session and provides a body fat analysis.

The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.
